Sinds het begin van dit jaar zijn we begonnen om een groentetuin aan te leggen. Stap voor stap wordt er meer en meer geplant en we hebben zelfs al een eerste oogst gehad van radijzen. In overleg met de staf wordt er geplant wat er gegeten wordt in de huizen. Lange bonen, kool, tomaten, pepers, allerlei kruiden, komkommers, etc. Op dit moment begint het er al echt op te lijken en zien we al resultaat. Het zou mooi zijn als dit als een groot stuk zelfvoorziening kan gaan dienen.
