At the end of October all the children were free and the weather was wonderful. After breakfast everybody got in the car for a one-and-a-half-hour ride to a nice sheep farm. This farm is in the middle of a hilly region, it’s green and beautifully laid out with of course lovely sheep in the fields. The sheep were tame and very sociable which made it all extra fun for the girls. They were able to cuddle them, feed them and even bottle-feed the lambs. The teenagers made lots of pictures and, of course, many selfies.

After this visit to the sheep farm they went to a nearby mini zoo after which it was time for the trip home again. It’s true there was a penetrating smell of sheep in the cars, but that was washed away in the washing machine.
