A group of children in the Netherlands has been saving money for a year in order to provide the girls in Thailand with new shoes. When the girls heard about this they were ecstatic and they could hardly wait to go shopping on a day off. Usually the children have a certain budget for when they need new shoes, but this time there was slightly more money for them to spend. To be able to walk through the mall or along market stalls full of shoes with money in your pocket is great. Putting on your new shoes and proudly walking around in them is absolutely fantastic. Overall, the girls had a wonderful weekend and they are extremely grateful.
