New Year’s Eve is something the girls really look forward to. To the delicious food, Mukata or Thai barbecue, the games, the dancing, the karaoke and with any luck some children’s fireworks. But when the coach and his wife also treat them to lovely slices of pizza, then all the girls are truly happy. It is wonderful to see them enjoy eating well. They take it easy and alternate eating with all the other nice activities throughout the evening.

This is also the time to look back on the past year and reflect on the good and the bad moments that everyone has gone through. Each of the girls and staff have their own story and we see that sharing those stories unites.

Now we are looking forward to what 2026 will bring us. We hope for many beautiful things, but above all that we love and support one another and stay committed to the people around us.
